- JET Online Counselling Service
CLAIR has introduced a free counselling service for JET participants. This service offers webmail counselling and Skype counselling. You should have received an A4 flyer that has the password and information about this counselling service from your contracting organisation. If you cannot find it, please ask your C.O. or get in contact with the PAs.

- AJET Peer Support Group (PSG)
PSG is a listening service that was created to provide JETs with emotional support during nighttime hours. The service is staffed by JET participant volunteers that receive crisis intervention training and limited counseling training. If you ever feel like you need a sympathetic ear in the middle of the night, please consider calling PSG.

- Tokyo English Life Line (TELL)
The Tokyo English Life Line (TELL) is a free anonymous telephone counseling service that provides crisis counseling and emotional support for the non-Japanese community in Japan. TELL has been supporting the international community in Japan since 1973, and offers other services in addition to its free counseling hotline.

- Stonewall Japan
A resource for LGBTQIA individuals living in Japan. Originally envisioned as a support network for LGBTQIA JETs, operations have expanded to include support for the greater Japanese and non-Japanese queer communities in Japan.
